In honour of the end of the shooting season at the of January, on 3rd February the acclaimed Notting Hill restaurant The Shed will host an evening of glorious game. Brought to London by talented brother team, Richard and Oliver Gladwin, the event will be a truly unforgettable gastronomic delight.
The Sheds special shooting inspired menu will feature all things game, with dishes such as venison tartar, partridge with red cabbage, The Sheds very own home cured bacon, almonds and wood sorrel, venison cigars and the wonderful woodcock with sourdough, chanterelles and oak moss. If guests are still game they can then choose from two signature Shed desserts on offer including, white chocolate with pear mousse and hazelnut sherbet. The perfect way to polish off the meal.
